Mommy Monday Quick Tip

Hello everyone!!!! Today I wanted to share a quick post as I am now starting to feed my Daughter more and more solids. I’m just going to share a list of the top 8 choking hazards for 1-year-olds when introducing food.

  1. Hard candy
  2. Popcorn
  3. Big chunks of meat and cheese
  4. Peanut butter
  5. Raw veggies
  6. Whole grapes
  7. Nuts and Seeds
  8. Hot Dogs

And there you have it, everyone. I hope you all take extra precautions while feeding you children these foods and remember to never leave your child unattended while they are eating.
