Social Distancing NOT Emotional Distancing

This is a shorter post reiterating what I think is the most important message during the Covid-19 lockdown.

Please focus on social distancing. It is not imbedded in our minds, and thus it will take time to get used to. Personally, I was shocked as I was told at a local supermarket to move away as I was not abiding by the 1.5m distance rule. We are not used to having these restrictions, but we must continue to try. If you don’t need to go out, stay at home. Through social distancing and following government measures, we can flatten the curve, and we can return to normality.
